Please allow plenty of time for your journey. We are in a rural location and located down a speed restricted lane.

We have staggered start times of sessions to allow for 5-10 minutes of toileting time for every customer just before their session starts without clashing with other users.  

If you have arrived earlier than this, please wait until 10 minutes before your session start time to use the toilet area.

The sessions are 30 minutes long in total. This is structured as 5 minutes at the start to discuss the dogs ability and fit life vests if required, 20 minutes of pool time, and 5 minutes at the end to exit the pool area.

We then allow you extra time in the building, on top of your 30 minutes, for you to get dried and changed in a separate area.We simply ask that you move into this area swiftly within the last few minutes of your session to allow us to start the next session on time.

Please ensure you vacate the area promptly at the end of your session to prevent delays to the next user.
