Please allow plenty of time for your journey. We are in a rural location and located down a speed restricted lane.

We have staggered start times of sessions to allow for 5-10 minutes of toileting time for every customer just before their session starts without clashing with other users.  

If you have arrived earlier than this, please wait until 10 minutes before your session start time to use the toilet area.

You may have to work with your dog on certain puzzles, activities or pieces of equipment.

If your dog is becoming frustrated with a puzzle, you may need to switch their attention to a different toy or activity to avoid damage being caused to the item.

Please note, that although The Dog House area in enclosed, your dog may still see vehicles, pedestrians and other dogs moving around in the car park or around the perimeter of the area.

If this is an issue for your dog, you can draw their focus to actuivities in the indoor section, where there will be less distractions.

Please ensure you vacate the area promptly at the end of your session to prevent delays to the next user.
